DIRECTOR OF RELIGIOUS AFFAIRS

Appointment & Duties
Section 10.01
The Directors, by a two-thirds vote, may hire a Director of Religious Affairs to supervise the religious activities of the Center, but such Director of Religious Affairs shall at all times be responsible and accountable to the Board of Directors. The Director of Religious Affairs shall carry out his/her duties in accordance with a job description prepared by the Board. The Board may designate other duties as necessary.

Section 10.02
Termination
The Director of Religious Affairs may be removed by a majority vote of the Directors.

Section 10.03
Compensation
The Director of Religious Affair’s compensation shall be fixed by the Board and shall be included in the budget presented to the membership for approval at the annual meeting as herein provided.
