DIRECTORS: Elected members of the Board of Directors

EX-OFFICIO MEMBERS OF THE BOARD: Refers to those persons whose membership is by virtue of an office or committee chair position held in the Center or its sub groups and organizations. They are required to attend the board meetings. They have the right to debate the issues presented, but not to make motions or vote.

VOTE/ACTION OF THE BOARD: Refers to an affirmative vote out of the Directors present and voting at a meeting in which a quorum is present.

VOTE/ACTION OF THE DIRECTORS: Refers to an affirmative vote out of the total voting membership of the Board.
